This is my Dad, and after not seeing him for 3 and half years, and now having spent time with him for the last 3 and half months I just noticed that my dad has a short-term memory loss.
He’s the one who taught me how to recognise a good friend, he is the one who sat with me on the beach in the evening and told me the story behind stars.
He doesn’t judge me at the time I make a mistake but encourages me to be better. He is the one that said when you believe in something, it can become the truth. He taught me to be confident and not be a person with fear. He taught me to have goals, and to dream and to be that person.
During my new year holiday, my family and I visit these popular temples, one is in Chiang Rai and one is in Chiang Mai.

And Another Temple that’s in Chiang Mai also inspiring place. There are many life quotes right around these temple areas. At the bottom of the temple there are many tunnels and at the end of each one has a statue Monk. There’s Only one way out to the top of this temple.
I see this temple designed like a complexity of our minds, at the end of each of tunnel is the light 💡 of understanding. And above of all tunnels is a beautiful place in life.

You are already a good person without trying to be, the minute you try life will throw you some challenges. I see these challenges like opportunities for us to feel satisfaction and accept ourselves as a good person.
You see, if you have to try to be something, then you aren’t that. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. And the challenge will keep coming until you stop trying.
And that’s why Life can be hard sometimes if we don’t understand and see our worth and love ourselves completely.
I think life is very interesting, me aware of being here and knowing that everything begins within me, my thoughts, my feelings, my understanding of things, all of those form into beliefs, perception about me and how I see the world.
The experience I got from writing this book Good life God life, it was constantly self reflection, always connected to my true self, the deeper level of consciousness.
I experience the magic of life, I feel so great like I am beyond this body. Things I said, things I saw, things I experience in my inner world, I experience them again in the outer world.
So those experiences make me want to keep learning, expanding myself in knowledge of how to live a life that’s full of love, happiness and being fulfilled.
In this silent night, an endless clear sky is full of stars 🌟 My beautiful soul is conscious of existing, being, and in this very moment I feel my whole being sinking into this endless space.

Recognise the opportunity in these things we call struggles, problems, issues, disappointment, loss and more. In order to gain strength and understanding we need to overcome them. The more we do, the more easy life can be.
If someone struggles, makes mistakes, is stressed and has a fear of disappointment, It is an opportunity for us to show our love, to be there for someone, or to courage them, telling them that they can pull through. It is our opportunity to be strong and show up with love, to be that person. It is an opportunity to be calm, and more as the list is endless. The more we do that, the stronger we will become and the love in us expands.
Everything that has happened in our life is a reflection and if we want to change our life for the better, we must recognise the goodness that life provides.
When someone asks me what is my favourite colour, my answer is “every colour”. It’s not that I can’t pick one, but I see that each colour makes every colour unique.
And this thought reflects many things in life, including us. We are so unique and we need each other to stand out. And if we are able to share our unique gift, together we have abundance.
A happy and fulfilling life depends on how much love we have in our heart! Everything I achieve and fulfil is made from being in a loving moment. Love for myself and love for others. It makes me see our worth and that we deserve the 🌎 world.
